I am always enthusiastic about this online wine trade. Both stationary in Stuttgart at Marienplatz and online always great and friendly customer service. In the meantime, I only order there, and even now at Christmas time everything went quickly and reliably. Keep it up!

Everything perfect! Very good selection of regional and international wines, spirits and various delicacies, competent advice. Everything is furnished and presented with passion. I particularly like the events, which are modern and informative. The virtual tastings are a highlight in the Corona period. Deliveries are always super fast. I am and remain a loyal customer :-) and can only recommend this wine shop to everyone!

We did an online tasting with our company yesterday. I never thought that a wine tasting would also work virtually. Everything went perfectly. The packages arrived on time including tasting documents. The tasting via Zoom was totally professional and yet simply personable and relaxed. We had a lot of fun, learned a lot about the delicious wines and I went to bed pretty tipsy;) I think the concept is wonderful!

We were there for a Wine & Food Tasting. A really great evening. Delicious wines, professional and nice staff with top service, delicious food and a great atmosphere. What we also noticed very positively in the current time: the hygiene concept, which was also pointed out in a friendly and objective manner right at the beginning of the event. Distances are kept, masks are worn ... we felt comfortable. We'll definitely see you again.

Dear Wein-Moment team, unfortunately we were NOT allowed to have a good experience with you yesterday. After we had ordered a Winetasting @ home and it was delivered on time, we had not received the email with the access data. The order confirmation and DHL shipment tracking ran on the same email address - everything was great. We had planned to give away the tasting for the birthday, date, time, everything planned. So it was more than uncomfortable that the tasting couldn't take place on the planned day - so there we were. EMBARRASSING! After an hour of internet research, we wrote to you on Instagram ... On a Sunday we promptly got a call back two hours later - which was outstanding and great! To be honest, we didn't expect that and it surprised us positively - unfortunately, the personal conversation definitely didn't! We exchanged views on the e-mail process, in which there was an immediate, solution-oriented response. In the three hours of waiting that had elapsed, we were solution-oriented - with Mady Morris yoga videos and the crying - after which the conversation broke. I asked what their solution looks like, since our afternoon was really unsatisfied - another person who was listening to speakers in the car replied: "It's just ridiculous." That was absolutely negative for me and my friends trying to talk it out in an absurd way. From that moment on we got a completely different perspective on the company - what a shame! Unfortunately, the exchange was not customer-oriented with the note “that 100 tastings would be sold every day, and otherwise it always works”. - 100 tastings or not - we unfortunately remembered Wein-Momente negatively. Despite the basically good concept, we would not recommend Yoga & Wine to others due to the experiences described.

Mega customer service! I ordered a Tasting @ Home and was somehow too stupid to activate the link - it was my mistake! On Saturday evening (!) I was helped within less than half an hour and everything then went perfectly. The tasting was really fun. The wines were explained really well. It couldn't be more professional. Hats off girls!

How did I live without a wine moment? Indeed, I keep asking myself this question. Regardless of whether a tasting on site in the beautiful premises or a cozy tasting at home, shopping on site or online - it's always great. The team is very nice and friendly, always helpful, gives you great advice and really tries everything to organize the wine you want. Even if a wine is not available online, just write an email and you can pick it up in the store -> Service is very important here. And you always have the feeling that you belong to the family. :) The tastings were always wonderful too. Not only the wines, but also the lovingly set and decorated tables, the food perfectly matched to the wine and of course the explanations about the wines - either from the competent staff or the winemakers personally.

We had a great Italian evening in a very pleasant atmosphere - thank you very much! Great as a gift or if you want to treat yourself to a tasteful event - excellent wine selection and special, delicious food!

Everything is just right in WEIN-MOMENT. The employees are all super nice, the wine selection is simply brilliant and the atmosphere on site is wonderful ? The on-site tastings and the wine fair are also highly recommended. Here you not only get to know great new wines but also the winemakers themselves and a few interesting facts about wine. Mona and Lissy run the shop with an eye for detail and you can feel and see that in every corner. ?

I was there on 19-06-2020 and took a close look at the business. Conclusion a super great wine specialist shop, great and competent advice very friendly and helpful. Those who do not know wine moment have missed the world. So really highly recommended. Looking forward to the next visit.
